Hi I just want to know, is there such a thing as being to skinny to be pierced? My friend wanted to have her collarbone pierced and the piercer said that there is not enough flesh to be pinched.

Yep. there are people that are for practical purposes too skinny or too large to be pierced AND TO HEAL IT.

Anything/anyone CAN be pierced. But the “is it a good idea given that factor” argument goes a long way with people who know what they’re doing.
