im thinking about a reverse prince albert, but the encyclopedia doesnt have any info so i have some basic questions here:

am i ought to stretch a reverse prince albret? (like a pa must be stretched)

whats the best gauge to pierce a reverse pa?

how do i measure the inner diameter? (i assume i need it for erection/non erection)

Reverse PAs do not stretch nearly as easily as a standard PA. I would recommend starting at 8gauge, definitely no smaller than 10 gauge. As for inner diameter and all that, just go to a reputable piercer and they will use jewelry that is appropriately sized.
