I was wondering how a dolphin would work with a frenum, would they rub the skin between uncumfortably or does the placement completely ruin the chances of having both?

A dolphin can be done as a double deep pa and avoid the frenum (well at least the bit directly under the glans). If you wanted it in the more standard location it would be dependant on your anatomy and the placement of your frenum. Most likely a piercer capable of doing a dolphin should also be capable of working around your frenum.
