Is there any reputable piercers in or around North Carolina that can scalpel lobes?

Just wanting to give a full-hearted second
If I ever have the money (procedure + gas) they will get a visit from me for anything extreme, or even just a simple surface. Beautiful work! and I haven’t even heard of typical rejection stories from them yet.
