hello (again)

i have acne on my back is that a problem for a 4 point back suspension??

Acne spots should be quite superficial compared to the damage caused by the piercings. However, it is possible to experience some minor acne-related discomfort beyond the piercings if your acne is severe. This may affect the piercing procedure, but less likely the suspension itself.

Once heavy tension is applied to the piercings it is likely that the acne will barely (if at all) be noticeable to you. Having the ability and strength to let go and fully suspend comes largely from your mental state, which should overpower superficial acne wounds.
