Is there any particular make-up brand I could use to cover up a tattoo I have on my ribcage for when I’m wearing a low cut dress?
One that is commonly used is a brand called DERMABLEND.
Going to someplace like SEPHORA might be in order, as their staff can not only sell you a product but give you tips on blending and all that. I’ve just put a message out to a makeup artist friend of mine- her response will be posted in the comments field.

The best thing I can think of is Skin Illustrator. It’s alcohol activated and water resistant. If you do get this palette, I’d high recommend getting the Green Marble Sealer to go with it. I’ve covered a large tattoo on my chest/neck with this.
It can take a lot of time, but it won’t budge. And it looks a lot less cakey than any of the cream products.
Basically you’d just get some 99% alcohol and wet a brush or sponge with it, then rub that into whatever colour matches your skintone and apply from there.
