allie on July 16th, 2008 at 12:04 ami used to want to be on the tv game show lol
also as a side note in relation to the topic…Personally I’d find traveling to a location that did traditional style hand poking tattoos, to be a very amazing experience that would really make the procedure of tattooing mind-blowingly awesome.
Just remember about the European sailors who visited the pacific waters, etc and got the Polynesian style tattooing, etc. It was the adventure and immersing themselves in that tribal culture that made it so impacting on them.

fuck_life on July 31st, 2008 at 5:02 amI don’t understand how professional piercers can be so cautious about sterility in studios in the Western world but then all of a sudden when it’s a question about being poked with a piece of bamboo in Thailand or Papua or the South Pacific, suddenly it’s not a concern and that’s totally awesome >_<
Xenobiologista on August 4th, 2008 at 8:25 pmI made a similar statement once about suspension artists who sterilize everything- gloves, toothpicks (for marking) et all… then get drunk that night and bareback the same skank.
