how would i numb mylip for snake bites
You would have it injected, multiple times! with a small syringe with some xylocaine or similar. It would be painful …and silly. You might as well just have TWO needles and have the piercings over and done with.

i don’t get why you even bother answering stupid questions like this. Getting pierced is as bad as biting your lip.
Lucas Reichennek on August 11th, 2008 at 1:45 pmSome people don’t realize that piercing isn’t that bad, Lucas. I don’t think it’s a stupid question at all. If there was a viable way to numb an area before piercing and tattooing I’m sure a LOT of people would seek it out.
Lexci Million on August 11th, 2008 at 4:05 pmIn all seriousness, you could use an EMLA patch but it’s really not worth the trouble. I know you’re being facetious Lexci, but injecting anaesthetics would make placement impossible as the liquid displaces the surface of the skin.
I’ve never had a piercing or injection that comes close to the pain of stubbing your toe. Anyway, wouldn’t you feel like a bit of a faker walking around with the same piercings as half the other teenagers in the world and being the only one who didn’t have the balls for one quick, fine gauge needle?
redeye on August 11th, 2008 at 7:32 pmGetting a lip piercing does not hurt that bad, seriously. My industrial hurt WAY more than a lip piercing. I know pain is relative, but lip piercings are pretty decent on the pain scale.
And I agree with redeye . . . stubbing a toe is way worse. Especially when you stub it on a crack in the sidewalk and tear skin off your toe while wearing flip-flops, as I did today.
