I have a ring and I was wondering is it alright to turn the nipple piercing, even if it’s stuck by itself. I’m just afraid it will heal and then not be able to turn. My piercer said not to turn it, but I just think if I don’t, I will never be able too.
Your piercer is right. Do not turn the jewellery. Think about it logically. If you turn the jewellery you will not only pull bacteria into the wound but also damage new cells that will eventually mature to form tissue. The skin will not adhere to the metal. If this were the case then medical science would have come on in leaps and bounds with regards to the development of prosthetics for amputees.
I’m totally with your piercer on this one.

I bought some piercing needles online the other day. When they arrived, the chemical sterilization packaging has an expiration date on it that is long over expired.
Are these safe to use?
I contacted the seller and they said they are fine but I wanted to check with someone I trust.
Thanks!
If the expiration date has expired then sterility cannot be guaranteed. It’s up to you whether or not you wish to take that risk.

I got a monroe piercing almost 6weeks ago and I noticed the back of my lip(where the back end of the labret is) theres a circle like imprinted into skin/lip around the back part of my lip.Is that normal and will that go away? or should I take it out? btw I plan to switching to a bioplast labret soon from currently having a titanium labret(im pretty sure thats what it is)
It’s perfectly normal. So long as the skin doesn’t appear to be covering the disc (which implies the jewellery is too short) then you have nothing to worry about.

I am looking for a scripture tattoo.. I just saw it on Army Wives. She said it was a scripture that meant a A beautiful mistake. Any Ideas as where i can find this?
Wait-
It was script that meant “a beautiful mistake” but it wasn’t in English?
Without knowing which language the piece was in… we can’t do much for you.
Even knowing, there’s little we could do.
If you want the words “A beautiful mistake” you can walk into a shop and ask.
If you’re looking to have that translated into another language, I’d say find someone who speaks/writes the specific language you want it in.
Or just get a tattoo of Amy Winehouse….

I have a rook piercing which was pierced in metric jewelry in 1mm. I’d like to downsize to an anatometal curved barbell, which is in gauge, so that will be 16ga=1.2mm…
Would I be able to change the jewelry without ripping the fistula out, causing rejection? I’m sure my piercer doesn’t have a taper going to 1.2mm…
Thanks.
Have you asked your piercer if they have a 1.2mm taper? I know I carry several 1.2mm tapers both blunt-ended, threaded and with pins (for internally-threaded). In all honesty, though, we are talking a fifth of a millimeter and chances are, if it is a well-healed piercing (over a year old) and the jewellery moves quite freely then a warm soak and a bit of water-based lube like KY should do the trick. If you do find it is a bit of a struggle then seek out a piercer with a taper!

I’m asking this massively in advance, and it’s probably a dumb question, but anyway. I’ve just gotten my septum pierced and I’m planning on beginning to stretch it once it heals. I’d like to put a tunnel it when I get to the size I want, but my searches for “septum tunnel” aren’t turning up much of anything… So I’m guessing I just get a regular tunnel, like the ones I’d use in my ears, in the size I want. Am I right?
You are indeed.
Some tunnels will come in different lengths too - the shorter ones fit nice and comfy. I have a ss 4mm internally-threaded ‘top hat’ tunnel in mine and it is so comfortable I forget it’s there.

So I was wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of a studio in Toronto that does really good custom jewellery. My request is actually quite simple, a 14g ss nostril screw at the right length, but these are actually hard to find. I also find the online stores that have done them for me can never get it just right, so I would prefer to talk to a real person.
Any help is appretiated…
You can search studios via 411.BMEzine.com
To make it simple for you here’s the search you’re looking for: http://411.bmezine.com/studios/regional/north-america/canada/ontario
Personally if you came to me, and I was back working in Toronto, I’d be getting in touch with Anatometal or Infinite Body to obtain what you are looking for.
One question though are you looking for an actual Nostril Screw in 14ga or would you like a Labret Stud instead? Personally when I had my nostrils pierced I used 14ga Neometal Threadless Labrets. I found the labret stud worked best as there was no need to bend the jewelry at all, all I needed to do is measure the width and that’s it. Hence why I personally switched over to using labret studs almost exclusively when I was working in Niagara Falls. That way nobody had to really worry about the inner portion hanging out or not being bent properly, etc.

hey i was wondering is there usually a weight limit on suspensions or will they just add more hooks? i would like to try a suicide suspension but am on the heavy side… what would be an ideal weight for a male to get suspended i weigh 260 and want to loose weight just to be suspended thanks for your time
A proper suspension crew will take your weight and figure out how many hooks will be required, etc. 260lbs is a easily do-able weight size to suspend. Heck most weights are easy to suspend, so long as you go to the right crew.
Lose the weight because you want to, do not have any notions that you need to in order to suspend. But hey sometimes people use these types of things as reasons to lose weight, etc. So if you want you can always overlook what I said and just keep thinking you need to lose weight in order to suspend. Whatever helps you to be a happy and healthy soul, that’s all I care about.

Hello everyone!
I had been rejected by a piercer couple days ago because i wanted a 10 gauge CBR PA piercing but i am uncut. Well, since i am from Europe… let me just say: International hot dog comes with bun! Anyway… He told me max. 6 month and the piercing will migrate out pushed forward way constantly by the foreskin. If the foreskin could been very loose - he said - may be… But this is one in a thousand…
I made a research but i found few uncut PA stories but not a single experience about migration or rejection. So now what?! Was the piercer just way too cautious or what he said is the fact?
Thanks for the answers!
tengeresz
I’m uncircumcised and had a PA for years- pierced at 10g eventually stopping at 1/2″.
I’ve seen rejection with uncut/PA, but I’d say that’s more of a 1/1000.

I want to get my nose pierced but I have a clear mole right where I’d like to get it done. Is it possible to pierce through it, or would/could the piercing be right next to it?
I’m not familiar with “clear moles”, but it is best to leave moles well-enough alone. No piercing through them. The piercing would likely heal fine, but you will increase the chances of something that is probably fairly benign becoming problematic. The piercing should be able to be done near the mole…just not through it.
