My piercer pierced me crooked and to the right, and she said it would even out. o my surprise, it’s perfect now. Is she magic?
Yes, without a doubt. All piercers have magical abilities, you should see the hotel at an APP conference people pull bunny rabbits out of the weirdest places.

Its possible the weight of the jewelry (in select piercings at appropriate gauges) could have caused a shifting in the piercing when it healed. Or it looked crooked at the time because of swelling. Or its an optical illusion (such as vertical pieces at a very slight diagonal makes them actually appear more straight than true straight pieces).
