I just pierced my septum.

On the soft spot.

It is slightly crooked but whatever lol.

Anyways.

So it was fine for the first two or three days.

But now I have a headache that will not go away.

Does it have to do with the piercing and if it does is it bad and should I take it out?

The likelihood of your headache being directly related to your new septum piercing seems pretty slim.
You may be experiencing some swelling inside your nose which could be causing some discomfort in your head…?
If you’ve pierced yourself and suspect you may have an infection check with your doctor.
